1. About the service

Nolvix is a financial platform providing a wallet, deposits, withdrawals, transfers between users, currency exchange, virtual cards and a referral program. Some operations are performed through licensed partner providers.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password, two-factor codes and devices secure and notify us of any unauthorized access. One person may hold one account.

3. Fees

Before each operation the platform shows the total fee, consisting of the provider fee and the Nolvix fee. By confirming the operation you agree to the displayed fee.

4. Restrictions

Services may be limited or unavailable in some countries. We may restrict an account in case of suspected fraud, violation of these terms or legal requirements.

5. Referral program

Rewards are accrued under the terms shown in your cabinet. Rewards obtained through abuse, self-referral or fraud are cancelled.

6. Liability

Operations sent to a wrong address or recipient cannot be reversed. We are not liable for losses caused by disclosure of your credentials.
